President appoints High Commissioner to India, Non-Resident Ambassador to UAE

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has appointed Ahmed Mohamed as the High Commissioner of the Maldives to India, and Abdulla Hameed as the Non-Resident Ambassador of the Maldives to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The letters of appointment to the new High Commissioner and Non-Resident Ambassador were presented by President Yameen, at a ceremony held at the President’s Office this morning.
