Minister Shaheem: Most Scholars will be brought from Western countries in 2015

Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed has said that most Islamic Scholars for sermons would be brought to Maldives from Western countries in the year 2015.

Minister has revealed that in a tweet he posted on Saturday via his official Twitter account.

Islamic Ministry has already invited popular Islamic Scholars, Sheikh Yasir Qadhi of America and Mufti Ismail Menk of Zimbabwe to arrive in Maldives.

Minister Shaheem said to Sun Online that invitation has also been sent to Sheikh Sayed, the Imam of Central Mosque of London and Dr. Solah Al Budair, the Imam of Majid-e-Nabwi (Prophet's Masjid in Madina) to visit Maldives in 2015.
