No-confidence vote against Nazim removed from LGA agenda

The Local Government Authority (LGA) has concluded its meeting today without taking the no-confidence vote against its President Mohamed Nazim, as previously scheduled.

LGA Spokesperson told Sun Online that only one member voted in favour of taking the vote, while six members voted against the motion.

He said that the motion was thus removed from the agenda of today’s meeting, for which six members were present.

The no-confidence motion against Nazim was filed by LGA member Sujau Hussain.
