A new regulation was published in August 2014, regarding secret voting for the appointment of judges to the High Court.
The regulation states that JSC will take secret votes for each of the applicants, in the order of points earned during the interview. In the event that two people earn the same points, this will be decided by drawing lots.
The regulation also details the procedure on giving points, and states that applicants who fail to earn fifty percent in the evaluation will be disqualified.
