Expat arrested for molesting adult on a street in Male'

An expatriate worker has been arrested for sexually molesting a local woman on a street in Male’.

A police media official told Sun Online today that the 29-year-old Bangladeshi man was taken into custody in Majeedhee Magu near the National Football Stadium around 11:30 a.m. today.

Police said that a group of locals had surrounded the suspect after a middle-aged woman accused the expatriate worker of grabbing her breast while she was walking down the street.

Police are investigating the case.
