Old person is looted in Thinadhoo by a fake

An old person is looted in GDh. Thinadhoo by a person who pretended to be a staff of Thinadhoo branch of Bank of Maldives. The looter has taken MRf 4000 from the old person.

Media official of Maldives Police Services said last night that they received a complaint regarding that on 20th of this month, but he said that no person is arrested yet in relation to the matter.

A sun informant in Thinadhoo said that the money looted from the 65 year old person is the person’s two months' senior citizen’s allowance money given by the government. He also said that the person is robbed even two months back also. That time MRf 18000 was taken by the thief.
