First Lady meets Sri Lankan First Lady

First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim has met with First Lady of Sri Lanka, Madam Shiranthi Rajapaksa.

At the meeting held at Mulee-aage on Wednesday, discussions were focused on the respective charity work of the two First Ladies and improving the rights of Maldivian children with special needs, the President's Office said.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa and First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka arrived in the Maldives on a state visit on Wednesday.
