Man dies while playing football in Fuvahmulah

Abdulla Nazmee, 28, has fallen to the ground and died while playing football at Fuvahmulah Stadium this evening.

Gnaviyani Atoll Council President Hussain Shaafee Ibrahim told Sun Online that Nazmee, a corporal of Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), was already dead when he was taken to the hospital.

Shaafee cited doctors and said that Nazmee died of a heart attack.
