President Nasheed establishes Kulhudhuffushi Development Corporation Ltd

President Nasheed has established a new company today. The name of the company is “Kulhudhuffushi Development Corporation” and the shareholders are the Government of Maldives and Kulhudhuffushi Island council.

The aim of the company which was established by a decree of president, is to develop the “Kulhudhuffushi Development Zone” as mentioned in Kulhudhuffushi Land use plan according to the economic and social policies of the government and to build facilities that will create job opportunities for the people and to invest in business, in a way that will bring success to the economic developments of the country, social prosperity.
