Man arrested for sexually assualting ex-wife

A man has been arrested from Kaafu Guraidhoo for sexually assaulting his ex-wife.

Hassan Irushad was arrested by the police late last night. Sources revealed that the ex-wife is 31 years old and that the couple have two children.

A source from Guraidhoo, speaking on the condition of anonymity told Sun that the assault took place last night and that Irushad had taken the woman into a dark alleyway and assaulted her. The woman has been transported to Male’ for treatment, the source said.
