TMA unveils new logo and aircraft design

Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) has unveiled its new logo and aircraft design.

This comes as part of the celebrations to mark one year since majority shares in the two companies, TMA and Maldives Air Taxi (MAT), were acquired by New York’s Blackstone Group.

The two companies, since the merger in February 2013, have been called Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA).

The ceremony to celebrate the one year anniversary was held at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport today.

Speaking at the ceremony, CEO of TMA A.U.M. Fauzy said that the company has seen great progress since the two companies merged, and that efforts will be made to expand its services in the future.
