President appoints five Deputy Ministers

President Abdulla Yameen has appointed five Deputy Ministers.

The newly made appointments are; Adam Zalif as the Deputy Minister of Health and Gender, Hussain Haneef as the Deputy Minister of Education, Ikram Hassan as the Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication, Athhar Haleem as the Deputy Minister of Environment and Energy and Hussain Zamir as the Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury.

Prior to his appointment, Adam Zalif held the post of Deputy Minister for Minister of Economic Development.
