Parliament opening session to be held on Monday

Following the postponement of the opening of the Parliament, the Speaker of Majlis has decided that the opening session will be held on Monday, 19 March 2012.

Even though discussions on holding the Parliament session have not resulted in any favorable outcome, the Speaker of Majlis will continue these efforts until Monday. The session will begin at 10.00 on Monday.

Parliament Office is working on issuing notifications to Members of Parliament to inform them of the session to be held on 19 March 2012.
