Foreign national attacked in Male

A Bangladeshi man has been attacked with a sharp object in Male’ on Thursday night.

The police said that the incident, where a young man was attacked with a sharp object in front of ADK building on Haveeree Hingun, took place at 9:13 p.m. last night (Thursday night).

The victim, who suffered a stab wound of about one and a half inches on his right ear, was treated at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

The police said that the case is under investigation by the Police Serious and Organised Crime Department.
