Elections Commission has said they will allow the presidential candidates to endorse the final voters’ list on 14 and 15 November.
The second round of the presidential election is scheduled for Saturday, 16 November.
The commission’s timeline for the second round states that they will accept and address complaints regarding the voters’ list today.
Elections Commission’s Secretary General Asim Abdul Sattar revealed that they have completed processing of re-registration forms on Monday. The commission allowed a two-day window, on 10 and 11 November, for re-registration.
Re-registration is required for voters who wish to vote from locations other than their permanent addresses. Over 70,000 voters re-registered for the first round of the re-run presidential vote, held last Saturday, 9 November.
Elections Commission has not revealed the number of voters who filed for re-registration for the second round.
