President Waheed visits Fuvammulah

President Dr. Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik has visited GN. Fuvammulah today, in his tour to the two southernmost atolls of the country.

The President was warmly greeted by the people of Fuvammulah and Fuvammulah Atoll Council members. After being welcomed at the harbor, the President visited Fuvammulah Atoll Hospita, where he visited admitted patients. He also met with the members of Fuvammulah Health Corporation, and discussed with them the conditions of health services in the island.

The President would officially open Fuvammulah Detox Centre today evening, and will hold an assembly tonight with the people.

Before visiting Fuvammulah, the President had visited Addu City as well.
