Thimarafushi return tickets priced at MVR 2,010

National airline Maldivian has commenced the sale of return tickets to Thaa Thimarafushi, where an airport was inaugurated today, for MVR 2,010.

Head of Administration of Island Aviation Services Ali Nashath told Sun today that if passengers purchase tickets 10 days in advance, the price of a one-way ticket would be MVR 1,005 and the price of a return ticket would be MVR 2,010.

For passengers who purchase tickets with less than 10 days left for departure, the price of a one-way ticket would be MVR 1,264 and the price of a return ticket would be MVR 2,528.

Nashath said that Maldivian will conduct flights to Thimarafushi on Fridays and Sundays.

Thimarafushi Airport was officially inaugurated today by President Dr Mohamed Waheed.
