If you cast your votes based on past events, you would vote for me: Gasim

Presidential candidate of Jumhooree Coalition Gasim Ibrahim has said that the people who base their votes on past events, would vote for him.

Speaking at a rally by Jumhooree Coalition in Vilimale' last night, Gasim urged people to think about past events when casting their votes in the presidential election.

“I am saying very clearly, when you cast your vote, think about past events. People are talking about track record. We have to think about who talks about would doing things, providing services to the people in the future. Regardless of who the person is, we have to think about how they worked in the past, yesterday, the day before, previous years, previous months. If you think of it this way, I don’t think you would vote for anyone else,” said Gasim.

Gasim urged people to vote for him if they want to reduce government costs, and ensure development for the people and peace in the society.

Last night’s rally was attended by senior officials of Adhaalath Party and supporters of Jumhooree Coalition.
