Jeep flips over in Maamigili, injures driver

A jeep used in Villa International Airport, Alif Dhaalu Maamigili has flipped over due to a mishap today, injuring the driver.

Sun is aware that the driver, an aircraft engineer, had sustained injuries to his hand during the incident. The jeep’s windscreen was also shattered.

Police said that the drive was the only person injured in the incident and that his injuries were not serious. He has been brought to Male’ for further treatment, police said.

A person speaking from Maamigili said that the jeep flipped over while making a sharp turn.
