Permanent Secretaries appointed to four ministries

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has appointed Permanent Secretaries to five ministries.

The CSC said that official letters of appointment were handed over today to two newly-appointed Permanent Secretaries, and three officials who were re-appointed as Permanent Secretaries after their tenures expired.

The newly-appointed officials are Ibrahim Shaheeb as Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Home Affairs and Ahmed Shafiu as Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport and Communication.

The re-appointed officials are Yoosuf Riza as Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Economic Development, Ahmed Solih as Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and Dr Abdullah Naseer as Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture.
