No MP will sign to join PPM at tonight

Spokesperson of Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) Ahmed Mahloof has said that no Member of Parliament will sign the membership form to join PPM at the function to be held by the party tonight. Mahloof said yesterday that ‘two or three’ MPs had joined PPM.

Mahloof said this in an interview with Sun Online today.

“I said that at the end of the press conference [yesterday]. Some MPs have signed and given the membership forms to us, but they do not want it announced yet,” he said.

Mahloof said yesterday that the PPM Office had received the signed membership forms of ‘two or three’ MPs, and that their names will be announced as per their wishes, and when the time is most appropriate to do so.
