HCA chooses Sun Siyam Media as trusted media partner for 2nd Ranthari Quran Competition

Sun Siyam Media has been appointed the official media partner of the Hulhumale' Community Alliance (HCA) for the association’s 2nd Ranthari Quran Competition.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Sun Siyam Media’s Chief Content Officer Mohamed Zaheen and HCA President Jihad Abdullah.

Jihad said HCA selected Sun Siyam Media as its partner because it is “the most trusted media in the country,” adding that recordings of the competition will be broadcast on SSTV during the month of Ramadan.

The recording sessions will take place from January 29–31, with the competition running daily from 14:00 to 22:00. Sessions will pause during prayer times.

Jihad described the event as the most valuable Quran competition held in Hulhumale', noting that the first‑place winner will receive an Umrah trip along with other special prizes.

He also highlighted the association’s need for community support to successfully host the event.

“We need many people to help us in various ways. Especially, the association needs contributors for prizes, and volunteers to assist in running the event,” he said.
