Ooredoo to sponsor 15 Maldivian runners for Doha Marathon 2026

Ooredoo Maldives has launched a lucky draw to sponsor the registration fees of 15 Maldivian runners for the upcoming Ooredoo Doha Marathon 2026.

The marathon will take place on January 16, with over 15,000 runners expected to participate. Ooredoo’s initiative aims to support passionate runners and promote international sporting engagement.

To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must:

• Have previously completed a 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, and provide verifiable proof

• Hold a valid Maldivian passport and meet all travel requirements to Qatar

Registration for the draw is open until November 24, 2024.
