Aasandha suspends coverage at Eve Clinic over ongoing probe

Aasandha Company has temporarily suspended coverage at Eve Clinic over an ongoing probe.

The company’s media official confirmed the suspension to Sun. The official said Aasandha coverage at Eve Clinic was suspended over an ongoing probe without providing any further details into the case.

The official also noted that the company regularly monitors clinics and sometimes suspend Aasandha coverage at respective clinics if issues come to light.

The official said coverage will be resumed at Eve Clinic after the conclusion of the probe.

Notably, Aasandha dropped India’s Manipal Hospital from its list of medical institutions under coverage back in July owing to price hikes in the hospital's services.

The company has publicized the list of suspended medical institutions since 2022. As per the list, coverage was suspended to 18 medical institutions at the end of last year and later resumed.

The medical institutions presently on the list are in operation in Male’. They are: Euro Medical Care, Dr. Pill Pharmacy, Stem Centre and Eve Clinic.
