Civil Aviation-Bahuge Academy course concludes

The Dhivehi language familiarization course conducted by Dhivehi Bahuge Academy in collaboration with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has concluded successfully.

The course, aimed towards providing knowledge on the command and usage of Dhivehi language to public officials to improve their service standards, was held by the Academy on the request from CAA.

 The latest edition of the course commenced earlier on May 26 until last Monday.

The 10-hour session saw participation of 18 employees from CAA, who achieved certificates for completing the program.

Participants were taught the correct usage and grammar of Dhivehi language, writing the language eloquently, and how to write official documents for inter or intra office exchanges.

Maldives National University (MNU)'s Faculty of Arts lecturer Azeeza Afeef and notable Dhivehi linguist Ustad Abdul Azeez Jamal taught the participants.

The academy is now working to launch a second edition of the course targeting CAA employees this year.
