Land sale in Hulhumale', all 18 y/o buyers eligible

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened bids for land from Hulhumale' Phase II on Thursday.

HDC announced 13 plots from second phase beach side are now available, with each spanning between 1,864 to 2,408 square feet. The bidding has been opened via HDC's Bid Portal.

According to HDC, all Maldivian citizens above the age of 18 years, and 100 percent locally-owned companies are eligible to bid for these plots.

Bidding Procedure;

• Stage 01 - submit Expression of Interest (EoI) for preferred plots
• Stage 02 - bidding for plots if more than one proponent apply for the plots

All interested proponents are required to submit bids online via HDC portal. Registration has for the bids is now open, while HDC said interested proponents can inquire additional information by contact the hotline; 1516.
