Ooredoo facilitates Zakat pay through m-Faisaa

Ooredoo Maldives has facilitated Zakat payments for its customers by registering to their m-Faisaa service.

Customers can select the m-Faisaa tab after downloading the Ooredoo App, which would land them on the page required to pay Zakat; which can be done by pressing the respective banner.

Customers will be asked to input the amount and type of Zakat they wish to pay, after which they can enter the wallet number in m-Faisaa, after which an OTP will be generated.

Once the OTP is fed into the box, payment will be processed after which a receipt will be generated.

The government announced eligible period for this year's Zakat from March 11th to April 6th, 2024.
