China 3rd BRF media center opens

The 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation has launched a media center to serve as a central hub for information dissemination, public broadcasting, and support for journalists.

Located at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, one of the world's largest exhibition venues, the media center provides various services, including broadcasting, television facilities, newsrooms, interview spaces, and catering. Additionally, it features interactive exhibits that showcase the fusion of technology and culture.

The Media Working Area is equipped with nearly 500 workstations, offering high-speed network connections, international-standard power outlets, and multi-channel audio interpretation equipment. It also includes three live broadcast standup positions with on-site power and satellite uplink services.

The Media Service Area encompasses an information desk, printing facilities, and even a medical clinic, providing international journalists with access to postal, banking, and communication services.

The media catering and tea break center offers complimentary dining and refreshments for media professionals during their coverage.

The media center features four press conference halls, each capable of accommodating over 400 attendees, enabling reporters to attend the numerous press conferences during the forum.

An interactive technology and culture display area provides an immersive experience of Beijing, utilizing high-definition screens and artificial intelligence to showcase the city's charm. It also offers interactive activities related to China's intangible cultural heritage.

Participants can explore Beijing's archaized porcelain artistry, which emulates traditional porcelain-crafting techniques once used within royal court workshops, and they have the opportunity to paint traditional Chinese flowers and bamboos on porcelain.

The Beijing-style cheongsam, a traditional Chinese embroidery art form known for its wide borders, intricate decorations, and vibrant colors, is also featured.

Over 3,000 media staff have registered to cover the Third Belt and Road Initiative for International Cooperation, and China is prepared to showcase the initiative's achievements over the past decade while welcoming partners from around the world.
