Government announces official working hours for Ramadan

The government on Sunday announced the official working hours for the month of Ramadan 1443.

As per the announcement made by the President’s Office, the official hours of the government will be from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm on weekdays.

Additionally, the hours are applicable to the first seven days of the subsequent month, Shawwal as well.

President’s Office further advised government offices to adhere to the official working hours when planning work-related events and activities. 

As per calendars, the month of Ramadan will begin on April 2, and Eid al-Fitr will be on May 2.
