IGMH launches app, portal offering services such as appointment making online

Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) has launched a mobile application and an online portal, to offer many of their services digitally.  

The application was created under IGHM’s Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).

According to the hospital, the purpose of HMIS is to enhance the hospital’s operations as well to digitally manage medical records.

The application and the portal can be used by patients to make appointments online. Furthermore, patients will also be able to view and download prescriptions, lab reports and other reports. Bills will also be accepted through the application and the portal.

IGMH said that although the mobile application has been launched, it can only be downloaded to android phones at present. They added that the mobile application will be made available for iOS phones very soon.
