COVID-19 death tolls in the Maldives reach 155

A patient admitted at the Hulhumale' Medical Facility has passed away due to COVID-19. 

Sun has confirmed that the individual who passed away was aged 61 years. 

The individual passed away in the afternoon. This is the fourth COVID-19 death in the Maldives today. 

The total number of deaths in the Maldives has now increased to 155. 

The month of May marks the highest number of deaths in the Maldives due to COVID-19. More than 80 deaths have been reported in May alone. 

There are more than 200 people hospitalized due to the virus in the Maldives.
