Firework celebrations in Kulhudhuffushi for MNDF training course

A firework show and a march of honor have been held in the northern city of Kulhudhuffushi to celebrate the conclusion of the 66th training course of the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF). 

MNDF stated that a march of honor and a firework display will be held in the island of H. A. Dhidhdhoo tonight to celebrate the conclusion of the basic training course as well. 

Previously, such celebrations are held in the headquarters of MNDF or training facilities. However, the policy was changed to allow more citizens across different islands of the country to closely view these celebrations. 

In the future, such celebrations are to be held in the islands where the training courses are conducted and the islands which belong to the particular MNDF regional area. The celebrations this time in Kulhudhuffushi and Dhidhdhoo are organized and carried out in collaboration by the local councils and MNDF.
