Migrant found deceased in unlicensed guesthouse in Male’

Maldives Police Service, on Sunday, said a migrant worker has been found deceased in a property run as a guesthouse in Henveyru district of Male’ City.

A police spokesperson said the case was reported to the police at approximately 05:51 pm this Sunday.

The deceased was identified by the police as a man of Indian nationality.

He was found on a property run as an unlicensed guesthouse.

The police said they are operating at the scene. They have yet to disclose details pertaining to the case.
