Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH)’s Center for Mental Health has announced patients can apply to renew their prescriptions without coming in for consultation.
“Center for Mental Health (CMH) wants to provide convenient means to access our services whilst still being mindful of the lockdown measures put in place currently,” said IGMH in a statement this afternoon.
The hospital has instructed patients who wish to renew their prescriptions to send a picture of their prescription as well their national ID card to the phone number 7942403 via the messaging app Viber, between 9 am to 12 pm every day, except for Fridays.
The service is only available for patients who have consulted with the CMH in the past, and patients have been asked to send pictures of recent prescriptions.
The hospital has also asked patients with queries to text its phone number 7942403.
