Jennifer appointed DMD of Island Aviation

Aishath Jennifer who has been appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of Island Aviation, the parent company of the national airline, Maldivian.

The appointment was announced by the board of the company.

In a tweet sent out today said that former Deputy Head of  Cargo at the company, Jennifer, has been appointed as the Deputy Managing Director effective from 25 December 2018.

Jennifer has filled numerous positions in the company from 2014 before being let go on March 2016. However, her dismissal was filed at the employment tribunal which ordered her reinstatement in April 2017.

She was officially reinstated this December.
