United Food Suppliers enters retail market

A dominant force in the resort supplies, United Food Suppliers (UFS) has opened a retail store in Male' City. The store named United Shop is located near the Sala Thai restaurant on Hithahfinivaamagu. 

UFS said that aside from their usual imports, the newly opened shop would have herbs, fruits and vegetable imported from France and Turkey. And to keep the fresh for a long time, herbs such as basil, rosemary, thyme, dill, parsley and coriander will be kept for sale in their pots. 

 

Aside from that, Dew brand's chicken and turkey will be sold in along side cold cut beef salami, mortadella with olive, turkey ham and turkey pepperoni in quality packaging. And the cheese selection ranges from brie, Gouda, Philadelphia and buffalo mozzarella. 

 

With one-fourth of the shop designed for customers to experience and taste food, UFS said that fresh sandwiches, smoothies, salads, fresh breads and croissants will be available all the time. 

 

UFS said that the company is aiming to build a full super mart based on the foundation of the United Shop.
