CHICAGO (AP) — AS Roma dominated the first half in an easy 4-0 victory over Zaglebie Lubin of Poland in an international friendly at Wrigley Field.
Four goals in a 40-minute first-half span allowed the Serie A team to coast in the second half.
Barely a minute after kickoff, forward Pablo Daniel Osvaldo was in perfect position in the box to take a pass from Bojan Krkic and convert it easily. Midfielder Miralem Pjanic fed Krcik to start the play.
Panagiotis Tachtsidis beat Lubin goalkeeper Marek Koziol from 30 yards in the 19th minute, and Michael Bradley assisted on Erik Lamela's 30th-minute goal that made it 3-0.
Krkic became the last of Roma's forwards to score when he ran though the Lubin defense and beat Koziol.
