Dhagandey goes through knee surgery

Former Captain of the Maldivian National Football Team, Ali Ahfaq (Dhagandey) has gone through a knee surgery following injury.

The 31-year-old experienced striker who joined New Radient SC last week shared the news of the surgery on his Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Dhagandey said that he went through surgery following an injury and he would doing his best to return to the pitch.

He had the surgery in the neighboring Sri Lanka. It has been some days since he went there for treatment.

Dhagandey has played for New Radient SC three time in the past and he was a free agent prior to joining the club for the fourth time due to injury.
