Riley charged with rape

New Radiant Defender and former National Team member, Rilwan Waheed, “Riley” has been charged with rape and possession of pornography.

He was charged on 1 February and a hearing the trial was held today at the Criminal Court. Riley appeared in court today for the hearing.

The footballer was arrested in 2014 following case reported by his fiancé. It is believed that the state brought on the charges in relation to that case.
