Chelsea, West Ham fined by FA for failing to control players

LONDON (AP) — The English Football Association has fined Chelsea and West Ham for failing to control their players during their Premier League game at Upton Park last month.

Both clubs admitted misconduct charges of failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during West Ham's 2-1 win.

Chelsea was fined 50,000 pounds ($75,550) and West Ham has to pay 40,000 pounds ($60,450).
