Goedhoo School wins the under 14 women

After beating Imadhuddheen School with three sets to nil in the final, B. Goedhoo School has won the under 14 inter-school women’s volleyball championship.

Goedhoo School also won the men’s championship in this age category after beating Imadhuddheen School. Goedhoo School won the first set today by 13-25. The second set by 18-25 and the third by 5-25.

In an interview with Sun Media after the match, the Coach of the Goedhoo School team, Mohamed Nizaam said that this was the result of training for a long time and that he is proud of his team’s performance.

Goedhoo School would be competing against Aminiya School in the under 16 women’s final tonight at 9:30 p.m. Sun TV would be making a live broadcast of the match.
