De Bruyne, Schuerlle lead Chelsea past AC Milan

EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey (AP) — Kevin De Bruyne and Andre Schuerlle scored to lead Chelsea past AC Milan 2-0 on Sunday to advance to the final of the International Champions Cup.

Chelsea will face Real Madrid in the final at Miami on Wednesday. AC Milan will take on the Los Angeles Galaxy in the third-place game earlier the same night.

De Bruyne opened the scoring for Chelsea in the 29th minute when he took a pass from Eden Hazard, hit the crossbar and then knocked the rebound across inside the left post.

Schuerlle sealed the win in the second minute of stoppage time, taking a pass from Victor Mosses from the left side and sending the ball inside the right post.
