Registration open for knowledge share session with Professor Ugail

The Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) is set to host the next edition of its HR Knowledge Share series on Sunday, with a special fireside conversation with Professor Hassan Ugail - one of the region’s leading voices in leadership and future thinking.

The fireside conversation titled “In Conversation with Professor Hassan Ugail” will take place from 08:30 pm to 09:45 pm on Sunday at the MNU Business School Auditorium.

The conversation will focus on key themes including:

• The future of leadership
• The future of work
• Emerging skills required for tomorrow’s workforce
• How organizations and individuals can prepare for the next 10 to 20 years of change

According to MAHRP, the session aims to provide insights into how technology, human potential, and leadership mindsets are shaping the evolving workplace, with practical reflections for professionals across industries.

The event is free of charge, and is open to both MAHRP members and non-members. However, prior registration is mandatory.

HR Knowledge Share by MAHRP is a series of professional events conducted on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, aimed at bringing together people leaders and people and culture professionals on one platform.

The sessions are free of charge and are designed to promote learning, knowledge exchange, and dialogue on the most relevant topics in human capital development and organizational effectiveness.
