SC Justice's daughter becomes first to graduate in law from Oxford

Supreme Court Justice Husnu Al Suood’s daughter Emaan Husnu Al Suood along with fellow graduates from Oxford.

A Maldivian has for the first time graduated in law from the prestigious Oxford University.

Supreme Court Justice Husnu Al Suood’s daughter Emaan Husnu Al Suood (22) became the first local to graduate with a law degree from the world-famous university.

Although there have been Maldivians who had graduated from other fields from the university, this is the first time that a Maldivian had graduated in law from the university.

Emaan is the eldest daughter of the Supreme Court justice who is one of the most well-known figures in the legal and judiciary field of the country.
